Despite the rise of new forms of communication, radio<\/strong> remains a key medium to give voice to those who lack mass platforms. The initiative that we want to highlight this time from Migrations+<\/strong> is precisely a radio program called \u201cEspacio de Encuentro\u201d<\/strong>, a program that deals with communicating the daily reality of immigrants in Andalusia.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This program is broadcast every Saturday from 1:30pm to 2pm on Cadena SER<\/a> (Radio Sevilla)<\/strong> It is hosted by the journalist Miguel Do\u00f1a<\/strong>, who is always accompanied by the communicator Pilar Kraan<\/strong>, Max Adam<\/strong>, as a professional in Immigration Law, the ethno-musicologist Pepe Belmonte<\/strong> and many other people who are invited to discuss various topics related to migration.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Espacio de Encuentro<\/strong> stands out for its human and close approach to the reality of the migrant community in Spain<\/strong>. Through interviews with social experts and testimonies of migrants, this space addresses not only the difficulties, but also the achievements and challenges in their inclusion process.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The episodes capture moments of reflection on the political situation regarding migration and inclusion. Topics such as immigration law, health, work and training for the migrant community, coexistence, xenophobia, culture, education, mental health<\/em>, among others, have been highlighted. Specialists are invited for each topic.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each program allows listeners to connect with the experiences and struggles of a diverse community, highlighting the need for greater empathy and collective action. To date, the program has nine seasons, and more than 820 programs released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Migrations+<\/strong> we celebrate the existence of this type of communication proposals that promote tolerance, respect and freedom of expression. We also highlight the participation of Max Adam<\/strong>, a professional collaborator of our Vulcano Project DPC<\/a><\/strong>, who has been part of this program for more than ten years in the segment \u201cAdvice from the Lawyer\u201d.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n
