This recognition was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on April 16, 2026, through Order INT\/343\/2026 of March 24.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This distinction, granted to associations whose work generates a positive social impact and serves the public interest, represents a significant institutional endorsement of the work we have been carrying out for years in support of <em>migrant communities <\/em>in Seville and across Andalusia. Being recognized as a <em>Public Benefit Organization<\/em> validates our social commitment, the financial transparency and soundness of our management, and the value of the initiatives we promote in favor of inclusion, human rights, and transcultural coexistence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For <strong>DPC<\/strong>, this milestone represents an important opportunity for growth and sustainability. Among other benefits, individuals and companies that make financial contributions to <strong>Di\u00e1logos Para Construir<\/strong> may now qualify for tax deductions through Spain\u2019s income tax system (<strong>IRPF<\/strong>), helping to encourage donations and support that contribute to the continuity of our projects and programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"916\" height=\"256\" src=\"https:\/\/dialogosparaconstruir.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Banner-noticia-UP.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6804\" style=\"aspect-ratio:3.578417668437238;width:662px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dialogosparaconstruir.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Banner-noticia-UP.png 916w, https:\/\/dialogosparaconstruir.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Banner-noticia-UP-300x84.png 300w, https:\/\/dialogosparaconstruir.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Banner-noticia-UP-768x215.png 768w, https:\/\/dialogosparaconstruir.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Banner-noticia-UP-705x197.png 705w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 916px) 100vw, 916px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This recognition strengthens our ability to continue supporting <em>migrants<\/em> in key areas such as<strong> legal regularization, access to employment and housing, social inclusion, and the creation of support networks<\/strong>. In today\u2019s complex social context, sustaining this work is more important than ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to express our gratitude to the members of <em>DPC\u2019s Board of Directors<\/em> who dedicated their time and effort throughout this process.
